Questions brands ask us about creator crises

What do you actually do?

We do two things. Before anything goes wrong, we check the creators you pay or plan to sign. When something does go wrong, we work out with you which creators to pause and what you and they should say, and later, which creators can help win trust back.

A creator we sponsor is in a scandal. What do we do first?

Don't post a statement in a panic, and don't cut every creator at once. First find out what was said and how far it has spread. Then decide whether to pause the partnership, end it or wait, and what your other creators should say, if anything. We help you make that call in the first two days.

How do you check a creator before we sign them?

We look at how old the accounts leaving comments are. This helps us spot real fans instead of bought, fake followers. We check how many times brands have come back to sponsor them again. Then we go through what they've posted and said over the years, and every brand that has paid them.

Isn't an audience fraud tool enough?

No. Those tools tell you whether the followers are real. They don't tell you what the creator posted years ago. A brand that buys one and believes it's covered has bought the wrong thing, so we check both.

A complaint about our product is going around TikTok. Can you help?

Yes. We find where it started and which accounts are carrying it, then help you answer on the platform itself, in a way that sounds like a person. Where it helps, creators who really use your product can show their own experience.

Can creators help rebuild trust after a crisis?

Yes, once you've fixed what went wrong and said so. A creator can't fix what the brand did. After that, a one-time post is hit or miss. When fans see you again and again from a creator they trust, they believe the creator really likes your product, so we plan it over months.

Do you replace our PR firm?

No. Our lane is creators and social video. Your PR firm and your lawyers keep theirs, and we work beside them on everything that involves creators.

Can you promise the story goes away?

No honest agency can promise that, because nobody can predict the algorithm. Anyone who guarantees it is not telling the truth. What we can do is help your answer reach the right people, from voices they already trust.

We're in health and wellness. Does that change anything?

Yes, it raises the stakes. In 2015, the FDA sent a drugmaker a warning letter over a paid Instagram post by Kim Kardashian. Creators share their own experience and point people to you, they never diagnose, recommend, or make a direct health claim. Every word is reviewed before it posts, with disclosures done properly.

What does it cost?

The check on your creators is free. After that, it depends on how many creators you work with and what's going on, and we'll tell you on the call.

How do we start?

Book a call and tell us what's happening, or which creators you're worried about. We'll send you over all the info before we meet. Then we'll review them together.

We read each creator's old posts, look up every brand that has paid them and check whether their fans are real. If something goes wrong, we work out with you who to pause and what your creators should say.
